Dedicated Picture Email for Events

We set up a pictures email address for events last year and it worked great!

It all started because of a tri-county mission event that we conducted about a year ago. I could not get around to all of the mission sites, so I decided to go into Google Apps and create a picture email account. This way, people with smartphones or computers could just email me pictures of the work that they did for that day. It ended up working great. I think I wound up with about 200 pictures from about 20 different people that I would've never gotten.

We've since used it for every event since then. It really helps if you don't have the luxury of traveling from site to site or can't make it to an event. And you can get pretty even coverage of the people at your event.
