If you use Microsoft Office there is a download on their site (free) that allows you to include a Creative Commons copyright in your PowerPoint, Word and I believe even Excel documents. You can set the parameters of how it can be used, such as whether or not they can change it up or have to use it as an original. There is also an option to keep people from using it for commercial purposes, or even allowing it. Great little feature.
