New Design

Hey guys, we have been really busy as of late, but here is a design we did for Revive Church (a portable church).

It was printed banners, that are lit with the following rig:

12 Visioneer RGB LED Strips
4 Visioneer 3W RGBAW LED PARs
4 PAR64 with 500W WFL Lamps
2 DMX20 Dimmer Packs
2 LTS1 Lighting Stands
Chamsys MagicQ Control

Total Budget: $4500

looks really great.

How is the color mixing on those strips? I have found that their is a bit of "banding" that happens when you try to mix with 2 colors on the sub $200 strips.

Once again, looks really great man.

No banding really, the mix is very nice and a small sheet of diffusion (not used) makes it even nicer. These are very nice strips (an advantage of specing them out custom).

Thanks James!

I was just looking at this thread again, I want to say again that this looks great.

Have you had any problems with your strips flickering on video?

Thanks!

Nope. The only unit we have even had a little problem with is our tiny moving head wash. And then the only problem seems to be on cheap consumer cameras where you can't control the frame rate. We have a Youtube video of the PARs. I am working one of the strips.
