Short cut needed for our fb page

A little while ago we set up a facebook page for our contemporary service, The HOOK in Mooresville, NC. Several people have said they would like to become fans but cannot find the page when they search for it.

Does anyone know how to create a short cut link to a facebook page? When I try to copy/paste from the actual page, it doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Laurie

About a year ago they gave the opportunity to create custom home page names. Mine is www.facebook.com/bobpal. That takes you to my homepage. I don't know how you create it today but look around in the help pages. I would think you still can do it.

Vanity urls became available on Facebook in June of this year. Users and pages are allowed to have these urls, you can sign up for one for your page, and your personal profile at: http://www.facebook.com/username/

This will allow you to have something like http://www.facebook.com/countrysidechurch. You can also embed fan boxes, which are essentially a syndication of your page posts, a listing of a few of its fans and the option to become a fan of the particular group. More information on fan boxes here.

If you have any other questions, I'd be more than happy to try and answer them, or you can refer to the FAQ on facebook.com.
