Primarily Firefox 3; also use IE7 (for Outlook Web Access), Opera, Safari, Chrome, ... I'm a web developer so it's a case of write once, test everywhere.

I also find it very useful at work to have access to an off-site box from which I can run lynx to check if things are working correctly from off-site (checking IP-based restrictions etc.).

Firefox 2 - favorite addons don't work on 3.
IE 6 - Never use it.
Chrome - Used it for about 10 minutes. Good browser, but not as good as Firefox.
Safari - A pointless browser in my opinion. Firefox is so much better.

FFv3 (workhorse), IE 7 (for the few sites still requiring it), Opera (hate it btw...doesn't work well with my security apparatus-namely proxy servers...VERY VERY slow-over a minute to load a page....), and sea monkey (all scripting/plug ins and extensions off/uninstalled-use it just to load unknown sites while working). Briefly tried chrome and safari/windows...not going there either.

FF is my fav, I downloaded Chrome this weekend and began to play with it, though it won't be my fav for a while yet. My biggest draw back on chrome is the absence of a drop down on the back and forward button to pick a page that may be a few pages up or down from where you are at.... IE only when I absolutely need it or when working on my moms computer who won't use anything else cause she "paid" for it with her windows software (can't convince her otherwise...)

Opera - still my fave
Firefox - been using it daily since ver 3 release, but still prefer Opera
IE7 - rare

On campus - IE7 because that is what is on their network, but...
Portable Firefox on a thumb drive - is what I really use.

I primarily use Google Chrome. I used to use Firefox, but it has become way overbloated and unstable (100MB memory usage with a vanilla install sitting on Google? Give me a BREAK!). Now I only use Firefox on those sites that lock out other browsers (*cough* TurboTax) and when I have a need to use Tor.

My bread and butter is website development, so I have a virtual machine running Windows so that I can test in IE.

I used Opera until I learned how their speed booster worked. They lost me as a user because they initially left that undisclosed.
