Tutorial for Video Ministry Director

Does anyone know of any good free resources (online videos, etc) that show how to effective switch (technical direct) and direct a worship service for video?

Buckhead does have awesome resources but if you are like me they are so far ahead of us it's almost difficult to relate.
I just recorded our clearcom conversation this weekend and I'll use it to train future TD's. We use a three camera shoot, so we aren't near on the level of Buckhead.

If you are doing a 3 camera shoot, you gotta be pretty close to what Buckhead is doing. Don't be intimidated by all of the fancy lights, and special effects and stuff.. if you listen to the director, he really isn't saying anything that wouldn't apply to any other production environment.

I agree. I pretty much learned everything I needed to know for our 3-camera production from watching that video over, and over, and over...

I agree it's great stuff. However, we are a much more traditional church than Buckhead so our moves, cut time, etc are vastly different.
When you slow things down it makes SOME of what they do irrelevant.
Don't get me wrong, I'll keep pushing us that way, but for someone starting out it can be really overwhelming.
