I am in need of Media Shout help with the program itself.

Hello Everyone,

Can anyone please help me with Media Shout 3. I am new to the Media Booth at our Church. I am not a techical person by any means. I would like to know if there is a way to make the background of all of our songs in the library be set to one main background? I change the backgrounds each and every Sunday. So I would like to cut that step out of the equation. So if any of you have ideas on how to do this, please let me know. Also could you tell me in an easy to uderstand and easy to follow the directions please.

You need to change the default backround in the cue template. You can search through the help button for create a template and it will step you through how to create a new template (you can use a current one and change the image then save as)

If you change the image weekly you can control+Shift to select the song cue then right click and open the cue properties then change the backrounds.

I tried to look under the help area and trust me it was no help at all. So can you please tell me how to change the default background? I tried to find out how to un-grey my edit button for the background so I could save it. But I couldn't digure out how. I would appreciate your help in telling me exactly how and what buttons to click please.
