Chrome OS for Public Access Computers

Have any of you put Chrome OS/Chromium OS on your kiosks/public access computers?

It's looking really appealing to me. Free and low equipment needs. And, it seems harder to mess it up then windows or linux. Our coffeehouse has 3 linux stations right now and we're about to add 6 more. Chrome OS might win the battle of OS for public computers.

Derek, I'm considering doing the same thing with our computers. Have you given it a try yet?

Well you would need a google account to log on, or would you use local accounts? Or maybe you could create a google account for each machine... I'm not sure, it sounds promising though.

I haven't done it yet but I downloaded the iso yesterday. We have google apps (education/non-profit version) for our domain. I'll just create a user for each computer and disable everything on it.

I'm just worried about hardware compatibility. I'm going to give it a try tomorrow afternoon. (hopefully) I'll try to keep you guys posted.
