Need to convert mpeg to dvd...HELP!

I need to find something quick and free if possible to convert my mpeg2 clips to DVD. Any suggestions?

Windows Movie Maker will do it if you have a DVD burner installed on your computer.

I have used http://www.dvdflick.net/ once.
Worked great.
Easy to use.
Open Source.
