| les, I don't know, a couple of reasons. I wanted both ends to look similar. I have never found any heatshrink as flexible as cable jacket and I would say overall it was less effort. Did I mention I'm afraid of fire? The cable in question is a ProCo 16x4 100' snake with neutrik connectors on one end, so I will be putting neutriks on the other end too probably X series to match the existing. Pete   |
