| EAT - Encourage, Applaud, & Thank Here's where we can do exactly those things - encourage, applaud, and thank each other for our service to the kingdom - both here on CMN and, more importantly, in our churches or other ministries. The glory goes to God, but we're to build one another up! |

| Demand good customer service Hey guys, I recently followed up with a client about an issue he was having with moving lights. I thought the issue required replacement and had been resolved. In following up, I found out the problem was never resolved! He told me he had what amount to "4 expensive paperweights". I spent the next few minutes picking my jaw up off the floor. He felt that it was not worth it to bother me with questions to get his gear working. Is this what we have come to as a nation? That we feel providing good customer service is being a bother? Well I say to everyone out there, demand good customer service! Do not be intimidated. Ask questions. Demand results.

| Probably because good customer service is not the norm, And most people have grown accustomed to that. Good service costs good money, And with business being so competitve now days, profits are small, so overheads have to be keep small also, And one area that suffers is back up service. Dont get me wrong ! I am not saying it right, but thats the way I see it. |
