EAT - Encourage, Applaud, & Thank Here's where we can do exactly those things - encourage, applaud, and thank each other for our service to the kingdom - both here on CMN and, more importantly, in our churches or other ministries. The glory goes to God, but we're to build one another up!

One other thing to remember is that you are a business whose clients are churches. Your business is not a ministry (it might be to YOUR church not others). You have been given great advice esp with copyright your work/design.

Well Johnny I consider it one because my church clients get better pricing than my theater/corporate/rock and roll clients.

If the pastor charges for his/her services, shouldn't other people be able to? Both Jesus and Paul said that "the worker is worth his wages." Charging for work isn't a sin. Stealing someone's work is.

Sorry to sound harsh.

Paul

I learned back in the 70's when I was an Account Executive for AT&T that when you give a client a proposal. Tell him that what you are going to do for him will solve his problems, show him the plan, but don't give him an equipment list that he can take somewhere else. You need to think out this strategy because at first it will be tough to do, but I found out the hard way you don't give the nuts and bolts that you are using to solve the clients problem.
