EAT - Encourage, Applaud, & Thank Here's where we can do exactly those things - encourage, applaud, and thank each other for our service to the kingdom - both here on CMN and, more importantly, in our churches or other ministries. The glory goes to God, but we're to build one another up!

Techie/Talent relationship

I just listened to the latest podcast from Church Tech Weekly, Episode 5 When Things Go Bump. They (two church tech directors) talked about what to do when things go wrong during the service and techie/talent relationships. I thought it was a very good listen.

That pointed me to this blog entry on Audio Techs & Worship Leaders: 10 Ideas to Build a Successful Partnership by Duke Dejong, the guest on the podcast. I thought they were good lists.
