Import Schedule, Fonts and Background

I am new to EW using trial version now before buying. Here is the problem secretary creates songs and schedule on a computer in the office and uploads the schedule to our sky drive. I download schedule to presentation computer and want the fonts, backgrounds etc to be the same as she sets it up. I have tried open schedule and import schedule with confusing results. I am sure I am probably missing something simple. Thanks in advance for your help.

Have your secretary after they build the Easy Worship Schedule and before they go to save it.... there is a selection "pack videos" make sure that is selected so everything gets saved and you should be able to open it up on another computer just the same way it was created.

To add, the fonts will not transfer from computer to computer unless the same fonts are installed on both computers. We just had a situation where the secretary at our church used a font that was on the office computer and for whatever reason, the projection computer didn't have the font and WingDings was what the computer chose to replace the missing font with.
