EW 2007 and EW 2009

i have used the 2007 EW, so our church bought the EW 2009 but when i did the back up file to put it in to EW 2009 I started to see that the video clips tht I had used with my songs did not play they look like still images n when i go to backgrounds they have a yellow exclamation on one of the corners, has anyone experienced this and if so is there a solution I would appreciate the help.

The yellow exclamation point is EW telling you that it can't find the media file. You need to change you EW 2009 configuration and tell it where your media directory is.

To add to the response, pretty much what is happening is the path to the media file is missing. If you have saved your background or your media in a folder, the upgrade wiped the paths (or shortcuts) away. Nothing is wrong, just need to go back into your media pane and find your media (video, still, etc.) again.
Easy to do, just like how you inserted the media in that pane in the first place. Enjoy the upgrade to 2009. What made you upgrade btw?

Both Churgrnd and Petereit are correct.
The yellow exclamation points tells you it is a shortcut to a file and not the file itself.
EZW stores its images/videos etc in the shared user folder. In my computer it is here.

C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Documents\Softouch\EasyWorship\Default\Resou rces

When you download images/videos etc instead of leaving them in your My Pictures or My videos folder go ahead and move them to EZW Resources folder.
That way you do not have to ADD the image to the Media folder within EZW.

As far as finding your missing images/videos Use My computer and go to the shared folder / Softtouch etc like above and look at your different folders contents.. set your folder view to details. Your shortcuts will show up and you can then find the original image etc. by right mouse clicking and looking at the properties.
