trying to figure out a strange tech prob

Hey everyone, I'm kinda new to Easy Worship... our church has recently purchased a brand new i7 multimedia PC. Installed Easy Worship 2009 build 1.9 and MicroSoft Office PowerPoint 2010... have it setup with user accounts for our Sunday AM tech team and one for our Youth tech team... ok so, I have the new computer all setup and was running just the way we wanted on our projector and the tech booth computers 2 monitors... so I go check the youth user account and Easy Worship and powerpoint won't work properly (displays the powerpoint presenter view on our projector screen) and Easy Worship won't display power point either...plus transitions do not 'blend' when switching song versus's. These features all work fine on the Sundayam user account though.

Any one else had simplier troubles or answers? I am wondering if possibly the user accounts both having 'limited access' might be a cause? I'm just at a loss and am going bald trying to figure it out

Change one of the accounts to a full account and see what happens. If it was working under the admin account I suspect that's what the issue is.

I believe this may be a problem with PowerPoint itself.

Try this under your youth account:
First open PowerPoint.
Click on the slideshow tab.
Make sure that the presenter view option is unchecked

I have not been back to the church to check it out yet either. Easy Worship tech replied just stating to change a setting within powerpoint and not easy worship. So will see what happens on Sunday when we try to figure it out...will keep you posted. Thank you for your help

oh, well pleased to meet you Rodger! I must say I've been quite happy with the program and getting used to it. There are some features I'm hoping will be available in the future updates/upgrades though. Keep up the good work on the program
