I realize this is an older post but I just found it. I do not know of any churches using the Cisco DMS but I have a corporate client who is currently implementing it. Apparently Cisco prefers to work only direct with the people purchasing the system or through their existing dealers, many of whom are IT and don't really understand the audio or video aspects. Even though I was the client's consultant and was asked by the client to address the Cisco DMS system, Cisco was unable/unwilling to work with me or the existing AV contractor, a situation I have heard echoed by a number of AV consultants and contractors around the country.
I do know that the Cisco DMS system seemed more expensive than many of the competitors especially in regards to bringing in any live video sources, which are encoded and streamed over the network rather than being inserted at the players like many other systems.
