DVI to CAT5 Distribution Amplifier

Does any company make a rack mountable device that can input dual link DVI, amplify the signal, split the signal, and then output the signal via Cat5, Cat5e or Cat6? In short, it would have multiple dual link DVI in, and even more dual link out over Cat5. I can find products, but they are all small boxes. I want one big unit, that does it all.

I'm trying to get dual link DVI to run to several locations around 150-200 feet from the source. I'm trying to keep the setup as simple and professional looking as possible with the least amount of boxes, cables, power supplies etc.
