It's my understanding that you will need to investigate the copyright for each seperate copyright holder, and seek permission for making copies if none is explicity granted in the usage rights.

Maybe I'm a little slow, but you say you have enough copies for each member of your choir, so why do you need to make copies?

I don't know if a CCLI license would cover that or not. I know I can print out full scores of songs from thier SongSelect Lyric Service and make as many copies as I need.

But I have no idea how that would be applied to preprinted music.

I'm sure each of those products has a copyright statement printed in the front. Unless it specifically states exceptions, it should be assumed that you have no right to copy. The only way to know for sure is to contact the copyright holder in writing and request permission.

The CCLI license covers making copies for congregational singing, and it sound like what you are doing can fairly be described as that. You should check with them in addition to determining whether or not your songs are covered by that blanket license. (Here is an article on what the various licenses cover and what they do not.)

If your usage is not covered by CCLI or the songs you want to use are not in their catalog, you can get permissions for these songs through PERMISSIONSplus. The royalty fees usually run 10 cents per copy or so.
