I tried out the module and it worked for me. Can you share the link that you've attempted to display the module? Maybe your browser isn't showing the javascript.

Another thing, do you have it showing on 'all' pages?

A couple of things when things don't show up. The group has covered some and you've done some.

Modules must be enabled (you've done that). Then they need an access level, position, and what pages they are fewable on.

When I have this problem I stick with the basics. Change the position to anything that you know works. Check other module and see where they are and publish this one there. You'll probably get something that looks wierd but, the beauty of Joomla is that you can un-publish it quickly. But at least you know the module works. Most templates have a header, body, left, right, and others that are common.

It could be you're putting in a position that is is covering it up or doesn't have room to show it. Putting a large module in the 'footer' might not show up, but wouldn't give an error.

If none of this works then we may have script, language, or other problems. You may have to get someone with more knowledge in the admin side as 'admin' (not super admin) to take a look and help.

Do you want me to take a look in the back-end? I don't know if I could figure anything out if you couldn't but I'm just curious.

Next step

This is just going to be to complicated. There are to many variables. You'll need to get help.

PM someone and let them look at it. Then make sure they explain how they fixed it. There should be no charge unless it's a redesign problem.

From what I can see, this is a template issue. The only place you can put it without having to remove something else is in the "right" area of the template as referenced on the website where you purchased the template (I can't post the link - not enough posts)

You also need to realize that the countdown clock will lengthen the area to the right below the drop-menu area, causing everything to shift down about 1.5 inches.
What you could do is add another user area to the template (the banner area is the only open place you have) and put it there.

Even though the back interface gives you the option of putting items to the left, the actual template defines where you can place items on the page.

Just sign me up as a user in the backend as an administrator. And then PM me the username and password.
