JCE in Joomla

I built a web site in Joomla and used a template. Very basic site with 6 pages. The main menu would show all the articles or pages. I installed JCE WYSIWYG editor to "tweak" the pages and now when I preview the section that says Main Menu all the links are gone. they were there before installing JCE and I uninstalled it and they are still gone. How can I get them back?

Thanks
Michael
