Any VLan Guru's?

I'm looking to secure our current network and add in a SIP phone system and what to do some VLaning. I have been out of the IT industry for a couple of years and i'm trying to get up to speed.

Most of my questions are device to service interaction between the VLans. I'm purchasing switches with static VLan routers built into them so that part is covered. I'm just trying to figure out how to setup the phone system in relation to our Active Directory so that they can interact.

Also i am wanting to VLan our Wireless so that it is also segmented.
