is this a resolution/display issue?

Here I'm again, I was just wondering what may be causing this issue:
I connected our computer to the front and back projector and the dual set up seems ok, however when I try to play a video ( VLC using this set up: http://superuser.com/questions/87436...tor-on-windows)
nothing happens everything still only showing in the mail monitor, does anyone knows why?
Since our church is a small church we have decided to use easyslides, but that also does not play the lyrics in the second screen???

from comp to monitor DVI
from computer to splitter:
VGA
from Splitter to projectors
VGA
