URGENT - CMN CONVENTION ATTENDEES MUST REGISTER FOR INFOCOMM FLOOR PASSES IMMEDIATELY

PLEASE NOTE:

YOU MUST REGISTER FOR A TWO-HOUR COURSE. REGISTERING FOR OTHER LENGTH COURSES WON'T WORK! (unless you want to pay for them)

IT ALSO MUST ME AN "INFOCOMM ACADEMY" COURSE (NOT ALL COURSES FIT IN THIS CATEGORY).

NOTE: If you are a CMN Conference registrant and have not
received your code, please contact Dan [PM danroth] immediately!!!

Dear CMN Conference Registrants,

In order to get your free floor pass, you must register NO LATER THAN JUNE 12.

The registration link is here: http://www.tfwm.com/conferences-infocomm-powerpass
Use the code [CODE HAS BEEN EMAILED TO PARTICIPANTS] in order to get the free floor pass.

This will entitle you to full access to the show floor, and you can also sign-up for our TFWM's workshops and floor tours.

You are encouraged them to register for these events prior to the show in order to guarantee your spot.
Registration links can be found on TFWM's home page: www.tfwm.com

A reminder: Your registration does not include the TFWM Seminars, only their Workshops. If you wish to attend their seminars, you must register with them and pay a separate fee. TFWM's early bird rates for full seminar passes and also for individual seminars expire JUNE 12.

Sincerely,

Dan

Just guessing here-but you meant that workshops are free and seminars are not, or vice versa:

"Your registration does not include the TFWM Seminars, only their Workshops. If you wish to attend their workshops, you must register with them and pay a separate fee."

I'm confused. Do I register for TFWM or InfoComm? Or both?

When I try to register at InfoComm it wants to force me to sign up for a session.

You're registering for InfoComm for the floor.

Warning: It's a rather cumbersome process.
Make sure you have 10-15 minutes to do it.

Partway through you have to choose "Exhibit Floor Only"

just remember that if you take the time to do that, you get the free parking pass. I'm not sure if it's only good for one day or not, but daily parking is between $10-15 per day, per entry, at the civic center, so it literally pays you to take the time, at least if you're going to go to the stuff there.

Plus you need the floor pass to access the TFWM workshops in the Worship Pavillion.

Is the code you sent out a VIP Code, or does that go somewhere else.

This (attached) seems to be where I am getting stuck.

I select the Exhibits only, but when I go to the next page, it says I have to pick a class.

I tried registering and had the same issue.
I've sent TFWM a message about this issue.

Unhappy

Same for me.

Just a heads up for parents with young children that children under 16 are not allowed.
