Virtual On-Line Attendees - What do we need to know??

Just got confirmation (and a check) that I am attending on-line. What do we need to know??

Will be attending with at least my assistant (who does most of the weekly set-up and tear down of our portable media system and helps me prepare MediaShout for the weekly services. He also helps to train all of our new recruits. And did I mention he is my 11-year old son??)

Hopefully others from our Media team will be able to attend, as well.

So when is the first LIVE test feed we can use to set up our stuff??

Or is there a simlar live feed (with similar specs, parameters) we can go to so we can get all the hardware working properly before going live fro the event??

To answer part of your question, the schedule is on the website:

Presuming all the techinical issues are worked out, everything from the Main Auditorium (both General Sessions and breakout classes) will be streamed live.

All General Sessions and breakout classes will be uploaded to the CMN website, except for the Midnight Oil sessions & classes.

The General Sessions and classes from the Midnight Oil guys (Len & Jason) will only be available for a limited time (a maximum of one week) and they will only be available through streaming.

Of course, all General Sessions and classes are only available to those who are registered (either onsite or online) for the conference.

Where's my checklist, anyway?

Tea (with caffeine...) -Check!
Breakfast in freezer at work -Check!
Lunch (send admin out for it) -Check!
Schedule posted and emailed to staff -Check!
Instructions left in office to not let anyone in the door to my office -Check!
Tea (with caffeine...) -Check!
4 nights of dinners ready in the fridge at home (will finish that tonight)
Gas in car (there are no gas stations open for at least 10 miles around here at 6am) -Check!
Money in wallet (for lunches) OOPS! Gots no money.... going to the bank on the way home!
2 computers ready (one to prep week's work on, other to watch conference) -Check!
"TV Glasses" to spare my eyes and the weird angles of my no line bifocals watching big mac monitor -Check!
Tea (with caffeine) -Check!
Popcorn, Jr. Mints and Cashews ...

I'm ready everyone!!

install second video card to enable the 32" lcd as the convention viewing monitor-tonight

It's the first forum in the list on the home page, and under the "Browse Community" menu pull-down.

If anybody is registered for the convention and cannot see the forum, please let me know!
