Hotel Shuttle thread

before I go asking around my churhc to find somebody to pick people up at the hotel each morning and return them to the hotel, let's do a roll call here of:

1. who thinks they will need it...
2. What times you anticipate leaving the hotel and returning
3. who will have a car locally and doesn't mind helping out as room allows

Everybody also state what hotel you will be staying at...

If it looks like we can't get covered by people who will already going to and from the church, I'll ask around the church body to see if somebody will help us out, and figure what a per trip fee is fair for both the driver and the passenger. Please give me input on this. It would be better to have a set fee per trip, but If the driver is taking several people, should that count as one fee, or several?

FYI.. it's 2.2 miles from the hotel to the church

I'll have my van with me so i will have room for 5 comfortable or 6 a little less comfortable. I know one of those spots is already taken but the others are up for grabs. I will be staying at the Days Inn so i must ask that you at least be at the same hotel.

I'll be at the Days Inn. I'll have an intermediate rental car and will probably going early and coming back late. Dan and Joel are rooming with me, but there should be room for 1 or 2 more.

Yes I willl have a car and can take two other people besides Joseph and myself back and forth.
