Unfortunately, I won't be arriving until Tuesday afternoon - my flight gets into DFW at 2pm. I will have a rental car.

Tim - I'm available for shuttle, setup, or whatever else you need me for.

My return flight isn't until Saturday, so I'm especially good for rides back to the airport, which is usually the slightly more complicated of the two.

If possible, my wife and I will need a ride from Dallas Love. We are flying in on good ole Southwest. Here is our flight info.

I have not had a reply to the post yet, so we are still in a little limbo. I am starting to price rental cars and see if it would be a possibility for us. Thanks for noticing.

from past experience-you might want to exchange contact numbers for those picking up/being picked up, in case someone's flight is delayed or canceled, or otherwise changed.

Nothing worse than getting all the way to the airport and then finding the flight was delayed or re-routed.

You could probably use the IM features here, let us know if that's not working for you.

Can we appoint someone or does someone want to step up and be the Minister of Travel?

It seems like this would go smoother if we had a central figure through which bodies and cars can meet.....in a non violent way.

I'll be making a pass by the airport Monday night and Friday at some point so all that willing or able can catch a ride.
