Volunteer job descriptions
This is a new site to me and I am just exploring all the great areas. I'm hoping someone could help me with this question. I am trying to find a simple generic job description for a volunteer sound tech for our small church. This would target other members in our church. How do I say meaningfully that I really need help (help!) but in a concise written way for a bulletin, newsletter that challenges someone to really commit to a serious tech ministry? Any suggestions?
personally, I've had more success with asking someone directly. We did ask from the pulpit directly once or twice, with little effect-same with in the ppt announcements...
That said, there are a few threads here on some creative ways to ask, though....I'll let those that created the stuff chime in here if they like.
