Can you report what screens/activites you were doing when you got the warning?

Also, are you all running Avast, or is this showing up with other antivirus? I'm not getting that message, but I'm running Symantec and am behind a content filter and proxy server.

Okay, I've replicated the problem with Avast.
Now, it's time to solve.

Okay, it's neither a serious hack nor a site bug.

I've determined it's a problem with Avast which is generating a false positive from the banner placement code at the top of the CMN page.

Let me hack a quick replacement.

Move along, nothing to look at, get about your business...

Starting two days ago, whenever a page finally loaded on CMN, my browser would immediately flip to my iGoogle homepage. Earlier today, it was loading Java during the page load. All through this time, pages were taking a LONG time to load completely. Pages are still taking long to load at this point but no longer loading Java or dumping me to Google.

yeah, I've been able to reproduce it again.

bizarre that:
1) no other antivirus is raising flags
2) that it stopped being a problem for a little while and now is again

Let me see what I can find.
If anybody has more specific info, please let me know.

p.s. The slowness also seems Avast-related. Only the machine I have Avast on loads the site slowly.
