| CMN Store Support I ordered EasyWorship for a church plant that I'm working with two days ago. I had a note to let me know if the product would arrive in the next week or two because of the deadline that they have. I haven't gotten a response. All I got was a receipt saying that my purchase had been accepted. I also emailed yesterday asking about the free Pro membership that comes with a CMN EasyWorship purchase but haven't heard back on that one either. Is anyone actually running the store or should I cancel my order and go direct through EasyWorship? I wanted to support CMN but if I can't get a response to my queries I'd rather use someone who values customer service. |

| Dan and Phil, Thanks for your prompt response. Dan, I'm so sorry that you've been in the hospital. I was unaware and wished I had known so I could have prayed for your recovery. With my new role as church plant technical consultant with the CMA South Pacific District I've got the opportunity to assist new church plants with software purchases and give them places to gather information. Each plant has been told about ChurchMedia.net so hopefully they'll start joining the site. And I'm planning to keep supporting CMN through purchasing the worship software through CMN for the church plants. |
