Urgent!! Publisher Margin Problem

We need to print 500 bulletins for easter and went to a 11x17 bulletin to eliminate inserts.
My delema is this: in publisher when I print out what I've done 1/2" of the right side text gets cut off.
I've changed all the margins and still... 1/2" gets cut off
This will not look good in the triofold bulletin having 3/16" space on the left and 1/2" space on the right.

I'm thinking the printer needs that space to push the paper through??? Any Ideas!!

Sorry.... the printer is a Epson Stylus Photo 1280

I use a .3 margin on all sides and all of my printers accept this. You can place your 'boxes' where you need them if you stay within this. If your printer needs larger margins, you'll need to change left and right. Do you go to 'Arrange' then layouts to set this up.

This is a new printer and I found in the print features that there is a Printable Area Box and the choices are standard, centered and maximum. I selected maximum and wahlahhh! It worked.

But we ran out of black ink, so had to do it in blue to print it. Then when copied through the copier onto the color shells it should be ok!!
