| Bula (hello) from the Fiji Islands, About three months ago, for some unknown reason, the video feed from our cameras to livestream is 'cropped'. Now, we're getting full 4:3 video from our cameras but livestream seems to have it cropped. This happens in all web browsers that we've tried. We even tried livestreaming from my laptop. Also, we've changed the settings for Livestream video from 4:3, 16:9, Custom as well and the livestream video is still cropped. We've checked most, if not all settings on our video switcher but nothing. Bit of background. We have three video cameras in church, which feeds into a switcher, and it outputs to (1) DVD recorder and (2) Livestream via firewire. Has anybody come across this problem before? We'll be trying to test another churches switcher in our studio, just to rule out a problem with our video switcher. Hope someone can help us. kind regards, ron |

| Note: i've searched livestream help and googled widely on livestream cropping and it seems no one seems to have come across this problem. We tried setting up a ustream account but haven't been successful in getting to cuing and broadcasting. |
