Auto-Tune & Premiere Pro CS3

Merry Christmas!

So, my wife bought me auto-tune efx for Christmas, but I'm having trouble getting it to work.

I've done all the authorizing and such for the iloc and the software.

I tried copying the VST .dll file into the VST plugins folder, but nothing shows up in Premiere Pro.

Has anyone installed this software?... I'm googled out of ideas.

I have Adobe Premiere Pro CS3
Adobe Soundbooth
... if there's another free audio program to download I'd be happy to use auto-tune in that if the others don't work.
