I don't want to turn this into a support forum so feel free to contact me directly through the site, but I will respond to Brad's comments.

We've had the same problem with Norton... the cards are apparently stacked against small vendors & new releases. We're getting into Norton's Whitelisting program and I will contact ZoneAlarm for the same.

How configurable are the screens? For example, the home screen appears to have no metering, not even any clip or signal indicators
Home-Screen metering can be engaged from the Toolbox... but not sure if this is reflected in any screen shots or the draft User Guide. Noted. There's an "AirFader Monitor Mixing" Youtube video that does. A meter-bridge-like screen has also been requested and is high on the to-do list.

...No direct access to scenes, items which would seem to be relevant to the primary screen. How are scenes addressed, can one see a scene list and select specific scenes or is it simply incrementing from where you currently are?
These are also on the Toolbox page (which shows up where SOF buttons are). You can increment/decrement current Scene, or open a list of all scenes and load a specific scene.

Can you relabel channels, mixes, etc.? For example, could the button for Mix 4 on the Sends on Faders sample page be labeled to reflect the use? Does it support multi-touch?
Channels can be re-labeled which also updates Console and vice-versa. Mix Names are coming shortly. Unfortunately, multi-touch is not available due to limitation of the Windows platform... I know Windows 7 has some features but I'm not sure how widely-supported they are for both hardware and API.

Yamaha only recently released Mac compatible drivers for remote connectivity, so while it might now be possible, during the AirFader development time it was not even possible.
Personally, I am not a Mac person, mainly because almost all home users are Win/PC.
