Splitting large audio files

Is there a software program that will take one huge file and split it into small tracks every 3 minutes? I'm looking for a simple solution. I use both audacity and adobe audition.

NCH has a freeware program that will divide the audio files into short tracks quick and easy. I can't post the link since I'm a noob; just Google "nch software split audio file".
