Firing tracks

Just wondering what everyone is using to fire tracks. I have looked into emcee pro and itunes. Just curious to what else is out there.
Thanks

We don't do a lot of that, so we just put them into our SongShow Plus script.

We have protools at FOH, some musicians prefer triggering their own- usually through a midi trigger/small keyboard.

David Crowder uses a hacked Guitar Hero xbox controller to fire samples and such.

Hi,

Not quite sure of the context you are referring to, whether musicians firing samples etc or just audio tracks for notices or the like.

Anyway, I've found Qlab from figure53.com to be very handy for playing audio cues/mp3's etc.
It has some video capability as well but I've not had need to explore that yet.
Windows users: It's Mac only I'm afraid (I'm still looking for a comparable Windows app)
