I'm having some issues getting my multitrack recordings to play back through my system, I'd appreciate any assistance y'all might have. Setup: Yamaha ls9-32 sound board 2 Audinate Dante MY-16-AUD cards Reaper v3.76 running on Windows 7 Pro The problem is as follows: I can record 32 channels just fine, but when I go to play them back from the board, I only get data from the first card. The first 16 channels are fine, but the second set of 16 aren't getting to the board. I know the audio data is recorded, and I'm certain it's the second card that's causing the problem, but I'm kinda out of ideas on why I'm not getting any sound. Any thoughts? Thanks

Reaper is such a cluttered DAW.... If you are recording to Reaper on 32 tracks then both cards are working. Dante is bi-directional. So you likely have some track routing issues in Reaper, if Virtual Sound Card and your Console are set up correctly? You did select the Dante inputs on the Yamaha, correct? How are you wired to the computer?

Reaper is cluttered, but I've got to work with what I've got. /shrug. Cards are hooked up with a gigabit Dlink switch, they and the computer are the only things on the network. Just spent an hour and a half on the phone with Yamaha tech support. We checked the setup for everything, and the only conclusion we could come to was that the card wasn't working in one direction (yeah, super weird, since Dante SHOULD be bidirectional, but that's all we could figure). We reset the cards and rerouted them in the Dante console, and the routing in Reaper is just the same. Swapped the cards in the slots and got only playback on slot 2 instead of slot 1, so the problem moved with the card, which should rule out a routing problem in Reaper. I'm going to send the card in, hopefully Yamaha can figure out if it's broken. Thanks for the quick response.
