 Live 48 track digital recording? Does anyone have any suggestions how we may record all 48 tracks on a digital recorder with Toslink connections from PreSonus preamps? I have seen the JoeCo BlackBox Recorders (BBR1A) that do 24 tracks and are suppose to be linkable. Has anyone used these and is there a more cost effective solution?   |

| We really like our Tascam X-48. We use ours as an 48-track iso-recorder, but also as a secondary audio mixer with stereo out for our video broadcast sound mix. What model PreSonus preamps?
