| Aviom A-16 vs. A-16II Hi, we have 2 A-16II's up and running (love them). I found an A-16 mixer, which looks the same, and I assume is just the first version. Does anyone have experience using the older and newer units together on the same CAT5? Any issues expected? thanks Bob   |

| I don't think they work the output cards for the digital consoles. |

| We're not using a digital console anyway, so that should not be a problem. |

| They are of lower quality. The original headphone amp had a decent amount of noise. Also the balance autosensing of the headphone jack didn't exist till the second version. As long as you don't ever see your church upgrading to a digital board with an aviom card and you can live with the other issues it will work fine. crt
