IEM's and Aviom use

Hi, I am just doing soem research to help out with my church. Currently we use a full aviom monitor system with the A16II mixers. We are trying to use IEM for our worship leader but we have a problem with the unit we have.
We are using the shure psm200 transmitter and receiver.
The problem is that when everything is connected we have a high white noise signal ( hissing).
I did try and use a simple aux mix from our main mixer straight to the shure unit and the noise was less be still apparent.

Any thoughts for better quality audio ( preferably with the aviom unit) ???

I never liked the noise and audio quality of the Shure PSM200.
That said, depending on the ear-pieces used, each wireless personal monitor out there will have self-noise which is created by the FM carrier wave.
I've used the Shure PSM200's, PSM400's, PSM600's, Sennheiser's and MiPro. I prefer the MiPro myself.

Additionally, the Shure PSM200 is mono.
