| We would like to be wireless, our musicians/vocalists like to be free to move around, and I'd like less wires to get tangeled up on the platform. Maybe I'll have to look into some of the units you mention, we are also looking at aviom's, but no decisions have been made yet. |

| I'm with Brad on the ProCo Momentum. If you're looking for as cable free chancel (stage) as possible, that would be the way to go with wireless IEM's. And, as you're shopping around, looking at wireless IEM's, make sure you're using a consistent reference, your own ear buds, or better yet, a pair of studio monitors to evaluate their clarity, fidelity, noise floor, compander artifacts, etc. I personally have compared (several years ago) the quality of the MiPro 808, Shure PSM400, Sennheiser ew300, Shure PSM600 and AKG's flavor of the time, and for me, the MiPro 808 scored the highest for frequency response and noise floor. Just my 2-cents. |
