Need to Borrow 3 Aviom mixers!!!!!!

I am currently running a system of 7 Aviom headphone mixers. Recently three of them have started shorting out at the headphone jack. They are five years old and are heavily used. I need to send these to Aviom for repair but they said it is 7 days not including shipping. This puts me in quite a pickle. We rely pretty heavily on these units. So if any of you have any spare units you would loan or rent at a cheap rate. I would forever be your tech slave...well your friend at least.

It would probably help if you indicate your location so that if someone is near you they might be able to offer some help.

If the link to his church webpage is any indication, then Birmingham, AL

Actually, I'm not too far. If we had any extras then I'm sure we could. But Sunday is our all-music contemporary anniversary service, plus our normal FOH guy is going to be out so we can't spare any.

Maybe some others will have some available, but would it be practical to set up some floor monitors and either run what units you do have back to a power amp and then to the monitors (or use powered monitors - either should work). Alternatively if you have a headphone amp, you could use that. Either way, the idea is to put multiple people on one mix to compensate for the mssing mixers.

Or, if you have the ability, you could mix what monitors you need from your FOH console and run it to the stage. I know before we went to the Avioms, we did the monitors from FOH and then had the floor monitors onstage. Even after the switch, though, we left the cabling and amps in place as a backup.

Any chance the manufacturer has an "advance replacement" option where they ship you replacements with a credit card for security and you ship yours back once they show up?
