FWIW, to my knowledge, Midas is no longer making any other analog boards but the VeniceF, which now comes in a rackmount 16 channel version as well. The Verona and all other analog boards have been discontinued.
As for the support, though I've not had "a lot" of experience with the Music Group support channels, what interaction/correspondence I've had has been adequate.

Thanks TIM!!!

Yeah I know what you mean Corey. I am scared of Music Group and Ule as well but I keep on being assured by my Midas rep that Midas will continue to handle all their customer support and parts.

However every time I hear "Behringer will leave Midas and KT alone" I just think about EAW and Crest. Did Mackie leave EAW alone? Did Peavey leave Crest alone? I'm not bagging on any companies but when a price leader in the market takes over a premium level company in the same market compromises are made.

If Uli was going to leave Midas alone, and TMG has bottomless pockets to allow Midas to do what they want, then why would all of the key Midas personnel split? Midas analog, except for entry level consoles, is dead. There is no longer a need for Midas IMO, if Midas is going to do digital systems. Digital is what it is. Unless you are Yamaha, every manufacturer is using off the shelf parts/chips, drivers, etc. There is a big blur in digital console world.

There's a used GL2800-40 channel with lights and flight case - no full meter, but hey.

I aught to update you guys. So Soundcraft ended up having a B-stock board they were hanging on to. They finally offered it to my customer and send it out. It works beautifully however it does have the standard B-stock dings and scrapes.

I am crossing my fingers that it lasts for the customer. Thanks for all your help guys!!!

That's an awesome deal PDC!!! I'll keep it in mind.
