Using In-Ears for Monitoring

I like to listen to our broadcast mix a little louder than the director/associated people like it to be, so I thought using in-ears might be a solution. I've got some A-T M40fs headphones that we use, but I don't like it that much. And, the Bose 22 speakers that we have aren't working out fo the video production crew and myself.

I own a pair of Klipsch Image S4s...would those be adequate for mixing?
