Premiere Pro Audio Level to Low

Hi all i am having a problem with a new setup and cannot figure out what is going on here is the Setup

Panasonic AGHPX-300 camera
Boxx tech workstation with Black magic Deck link Extreme 3 Card
signal from Camera to Workstation is HD-SDI Picture works great
Audio is from the L & R main on a Makie TT24 soundboard when i plug this into a portable mixer great sound when i am captureing In Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 the levels are regresting around -30db this is way to low and,

i have all the Update for CS4 and just updated the drivers in the blackmagic card i do not have much experencie in CS4 and was woundering if there is a pad or a setting that i am overlooking

How is the sound getting from the mixer in to your computer? It doesn't sound like a PP problem, but some sort of hardware issue. Is there a software control panel for your audio hardware? Maybe it is turned down there?
