Contact a successful contractor who has references with churches of similar type in your area. The speakers you have will certainly make noise in that room. The question is, are you concerned about the quality of the sound and aesthetic? Those speakers are designed to throw a good 30-35' at full bandwidth and then things fall apart. They need to be stand mounted, which may not work for you.

As pdc indicated, it's doubtful that these are going to adequate for the room, especially intelligibility (understanding) in the rear 2/3 of the room.
Another concern, you don't mention you have any EQ or speaker processing, which will make it even more difficult to achieve proper voicing of the system for the room.
What about monitors? Were 2 of the EV's going to be used as floor monitors, and two as mains?

You don't have the right speakers for that room and they cannot be placed where they need to be placed. If you have a very tight budget, it does not matter what we think. It sounds like you need someone on-site to help you make the most of it.

It is a small church. Don't worry about it. If someone gets bent out of shape, given the circumstances, let them belly up for new gear. Until then, keep the seating area restricted to the front 50" of the room. If you are up-front with people, setting their expectations for them, you will have less complaints coming your way. Just tell them that they are now in a building that was never designed for a loud service with a PA. You are using a bunch of things for an unintended purpose, and things will be janky for a while, until you can address the acoustics and sound system properly.

The DriverackPA will only give you processing for the mains and subs, but not the monitors. It does not have discrete assignment and processing for the two inputs. The 260 does, hence the difference in price. You will need some EQ for your monitors. Whatever you do, don't rely on the Driverack to set the EQ in Wizard mode, especially if you do not know what you are doing. You will have blown speakers in no time.

Find a local dealer with a good tech. Call some other churches with tech people on the payroll. Get them to consider it ministry to help you set up your room. You are not going to get a reply that makes your system scream. You need someone to be there in person.

There appears to be a speaker in the picture mounted front and center. If so, what is it? What other equipment came with the building?

That looks like an old JBL or Altec-Lansing sectoral horn. Probably good for 500Hz and up used for speech reinforcement.

I agree with pdc, you'll have to make due with what you've got till the proper speakers can be purchased for that room.

That's what I figured. If it has a tube amp feeding it then there is some Ebay money for a new speaker fund.

Also, look around for the big old Sure or EV mic that went with it. Some of that stuff is very collectable,

Having no budget simply does not usually equate with getting good sound for an existing space of that size with hard parallel side walls, a reflective convex ceiling and a balcony with a flat front. Adding to that are factors such as a loud pastor and wanting to use electronic drums, which means the sound system having to provide full range reproduction for the drums. That is not trying to be discouraging but rather reinforcing what has already been said, you may simply have to use what you have and live with any limitations or constraints until you can come up with the funds for a proper system that is designed specifically to serve your space and application.

You may still have some aspects to initially address such as where you put the mixer and amplifiers and how you get signals to and from them, but again, a proper, long term solution for such aspects may be beyond your current financial resources and developing long term solutions would likely require a more detailed survey of the physical space.

That is a great idea. My church contracts with a local sound company that works for concerts all around the Philadelphia, PA and New York area. Nothing gets changed or installed without their review to make sure it will work within our budget and limitations.
