IOC light on Amp and no sound

Yesterday our floor wedges quit working, the amp is a Crown ComTech 400 and I noticed the IOC light was light (as well as the SPI and ODEP) I am thinking it needs to go in for repair. Anyone had a similar problem?

You might want to look at Page 23 of this, http://www.crownaudio.com/pdf/legacy/k80636.pdf. If all three lights are on for just Channel 2 then it probably means the amp somehow got set for parallel-mono mode while if all three lights are on for Channel 1 or both channels then that would normally reflect an excessive input signal level.

You might want to do some simple troubleshooting like verifying all of the rear panel switch settings and connections or even seeing if anything changes with the speaker disconnected (turn off the amp to disconnect the speaker).

I saw that in the manual. The amp is rack mounted and hard to get to so I don't think the switch could be moved by accident and it started between our two services on Sunday.
