I just enable stage display on ProPresenter 5 and it took over my mac display screen. How can i get back to my preferences so i can actually use propresenter again?

Try CMD + 1. Haven't tried it with Stage Display, but I know it toggles the normal display on and off.

Move your mouse and on the bottom right corner an x will show up, click on it.

If you are set up and need the stage display go to Pro Presenter 5->preferences and in the box below enable stage display you can drag the output screen where you want it and the SD to the screen you want it on.

It worked!

Ok Command 1 brought up the "x" on the bottom of the screen and then I used Command 2 as well. Thanks for the help.

Command-1 is for the main audience output and Command-2 is for the stage display. The X is in the lower left corner, not the lower right corner. You can adjust which display the screens are showing up on in Preferences on the Display tab by dragging the "Out" and "SD" boxes to where you need them.
