| The lights are on their own circuits. The dimmers are hard wired to the electrical panel and have their own breakers.
Isolated ground - I am quite certain all of the equipment shares the same ground at the electrical panel. We do not have a dedicted ground that goes directly down into the ground for each circuit, if that is what you are referring to.
