If you google “church job” I am sure that many others will pop up.
If you really want to get on staff at the church you are currently helping at as a volunteer I would have three suggestions. (1) Make yourself indispensible. Do the jobs no one else wants to do, and do them to the best of your ability. (2) Tell someone in leadership that if a job opening ever came up you would be interested in serving full-time. Don’t assume that because you are already doing X, Y and Z that leadership will assume you are interested. Make sure they know. (3) If it doesn’t work out the way you hope trust that God has something better for you.
